“Hear my prayer, O Lord.” (Psalm 102:1)

One of the gifts of faith is the knowledge that we can take anything to God in prayer. Psalm 102 is a reminder that we can be honest about our frustrations, our grief, and even our anger.

Jesus demonstrated this on the night of his betrayal when he prayed to his Father on the Mount of Olives in Luke 22:39-46.
