Baptism is the sacrament that brings us into the kingdom of God. Normally, we gather in our sanctuary to celebrate together as someone officially begins their Christian journey.
Sometimes it happens in others ways. In Acts 8, an Ethiopian eunuch asks Phillip what could stand in the way of him being baptized in the wilderness on the side of the road. The Holy Spirit was there that day and this weekend in our parking lot as we welcomed our newest Disciple into the church.
