Sep. 25, 2020 Pastoral Update

Earlier this week some of Lily’s students were exposed to COVID19. On Wednesday night I began to feel ill. Yesterday I stayed home with cold-like symptoms. Things were not better this morning, so out of an abundance of caution I had myself tested.

The results will not be back for a couple of days. In the meantime, Lily and I will isolate at home. Sunday’s sermon will be delivered by video. I will remain available by phone and email in the meantime.

I need to emphasize that I did not receive exposure from anyone in the church. Hopefully this sickness is simply a minor coincidence, but until we know for sure I do not want to risk the safety of anyone in the congregation.
